Warsaw Medical University – Public Central Teaching Hospital

Doctor Jaworowski worked as a plastic surgery consultant for the biggest University Hospital in Poland. In his work he mostly focused on the use of plastic surgery and reconstructive microsurgery in the treatment of post-trauma patients, patients with postoperative complications, oncological patients and patients after transplant surgeries.

In cooperation with the Clinic of General, Vascular and Transplantation Surgery and its Heads: professor Jacek Szmidt and professor Sławomir Nazarewski, doctor Jaworowski has established and conducted the programme of tissue reconstruction in the treatment of diabetic foot and atherosclerosis. Due to the programme, the number of limb amputation surgeries performed in the hospital was significantly reduced.
Together with assistant professor Przemysław Kunert doctor Jaworowski introduced to professor Andrzej Marchel’s Clinic of Neurosurgery at the Warsaw Medical University functional and reconstructive surgeries after facial nerve paralysis.

Dr Jaworowski has also cooperated with Cardiac Surgery Clinic at 1st Cardiology Clinic of Warsaw Medical University treating the most complicated cases.
